what's up ladies and gentlemen welcome back to the Brandon coin YouTube channel I hope everybody's having a great day and I've been in need of a new test bench system for a while now I've been using a super old I think it was like a an a series AMD chip on on like some old board anyway um I was moving it back over to the office I plugged it in at the office cuz I was going back and forth from here to the office with inventory over there inventory over here anyway it it gave up the ghost I plugged in Tred a different power supply I don't have another a series chip it's time for me to get a modern test bench so and this is my test bench for my gpus obviously if I you know for CPUs I need different motherboards and so on but um I have uh a bunch of these boards that came in I have some of them for sale on the website they are uh b550 and they have ryzen uh 7 5700s in them um so they're semi modern pretty much up to Snuff uh and then these have two full-size slots not not really necessary because most of the time especially for testing video and like you know running a actual diagnostic uh you're going to want to do it one GPU at a time um there's probably a better way but at my level I'm doing it one GPU at a time uh so yeah here's the the board this is actually an ASRock I have some of the um the rip tied boards for sale on the website uh but yeah this is a what what exact board is this oh so this is a azrock b450 pro 4 and as for let's see here as for Ram I have some cheap ballistics 4 gig sticks we'll use those so little 4 gig dims let's plug these bad boys in in the beginning when I first started I wasn't testing every GPU um or I even started where I would just plug it into a mining rig and let if oh if it mines for a while then it's good but I noticed most of my buyers um are flippers people that are building gaming systems and and flipping systems so that didn't really work whenever you know some of these cards had artifacting issues but they wouldn't show their head until you actually did a full Benchmark on them um so that's that's kind of where I'm at right now is you know I just put the time in find out if the card's good and then I don't end up with returns or swapping out on the back end you know live and learn now we got a ram in there we have our CPU just running a stock cooler um I am going to be putting the Billet feet onto this so if you haven't seen these um I am going to be offering these on the website here soon uh let's see here let's put the little oh no the mounts on them luckily I have a bunch more cuz I just these just went everywhere all righty I think that's some of them at least enough to get started so yeah these are uh little Billet feet that are going to go up up underneath the motherboard and then we screw in our actual standoff into them and then you put the motherboard on it and then you screw the motherboard into it um pretty slick design in my opinion I like them just looks good perfect for like a test bench or even if you had like a CPU mining set up um they're not the cheapest way to do it obviously just throwing it on a cardboard box would be the cheapest way but since this is going to be a semi-permanent installation where I'm going to be using this board quite frequently and I don't want it just sitting on a cardboard box um I figure this this will be a good option let's see here I need some more standoffs I think I have another bag of them over here oh yeah yeah we got we got bags and bags of standoffs there we go I didn't launch those into orbit either very nice so we'll screw those into there add some bling to our setup then if you wanted to you could actually go on the sides of these and mount these to something else uh like say if you wanted to mount these to a wall or something like that that is an option um so let me go ahead and drop these screws in there this is like there's something about just messing with computer hardware it's just I find it very relaxing some people don't some people are like oh my God I hate it but I actually really enjoy it boom all righty I will need a cheap boot drive for this one so I'll probably have to go digging around I know I got some 120s and stuff all over the place there oh yeah at the B it tighten these down check her out check her out we go ahead and throw on two more down here on the bottom boom all right so in other news I did get in a bunch of graphics cards and that's what I am going to be testing and I'm actually curious what do you guys recommend for GPU testing uh I've heard you know oh I only run Heaven oh you know um PassMark or GPU Mark and I you know everybody's got their their favorites um I'm just curious comment down below let me know um I actually I don't know if I'm going to switch it up or not I'm just going to I had in the past been using was it GPU Mark but might just do heaven I don't I don't know we'll see um but yeah so we got our feet mounted up our Billet feet now look at that totally unnecessary but you know what sometimes you just got to be blinged out um now we need a power supply for that bad boy so I'm probably going to have to run back up to the shop because I took a bunch of the power supply oh no I think I have some power supplies here um I'll go double check but uh yeah we'll need a power supply for that I think I'm going to set it up like right right over here we'll move this to the side that's to the side oh we got another 5700 right there oh look at that we have a 128 gig m.2 SSD so that'll be a amazing boot drive we'll go ahead and throw that in it's not going to be the fastest thing in the world but it's nice to not have extra wires flying around with like a little SATA drive boom there we go look at that I just love how clean M do2s make everything all righty so going in there going in there well I think yeah I think that pretty much Nails everything right there um while I'm waiting to go get the parts for that we'll finish we'll finish out that that test bench I don't know probably on another video I fig figured I could pull some of the the cards we're going to be testing out and we could look at some together D this video is already getting kind of long I try to keep them around 10 minutes but this it's just not going to happen today we'll we'll shoot for for 15 minutes I do like one takes though um they are growing on me obviously I've done a lot of them in the past uh so these are the boards that I have for sale on the website these are the rip tides and these are b 550s instead of the B 450s and they have the 5700 G's in those as well so 8 core 16 thread not a bad little setup for sure now let's get some of these gpus out and talk about them see what we got [Applause] [Applause] all right so first up a power color radon 6600 non XT [Applause] oh yeah seen these before these are the the model gigabytes that look eerily similar to the 370s but it's a tail taale giveaway it's a 3060 cuz it has a single plug um one thing that gigabyte doesn't like doing is actually putting like 3060 or 3070 on this card so if you go over to the back it just says this is a gaming Pro uh OC 8 gab oh is this a 8 GB 3060 no the worst 3060 um anyway we'll pop that right there grab some more we got another one I think it's a gigabyte yeah it's another gigabyte oh this is an eagle triple fan so this one's kind of cool this is an eagle r66 so this is potentially a 6600 I believe um I think the 3060 Eagles are only two fan I don't know if they had a three fan 3060 so AMD card there all right so this one kind of came out of the bubble wrap as I was coming over here um Sapphire Radeon this is probably a 6600 but oh it's actually a 6600 XT so little bit better wham bam thank you ma'am if you're going to buy if you're going to buy AMD I like Sapphire all right we'll uh we're at 13 minutes so we'll go like two more gpus and then we'll call it a video I really enjoy doing like these behind the scenes like Shop videos letting you know letting you guys know what's going on how it's going on all that kind of stuff all right so this is this is a Infamous card here this is a s or a Zotac uh 3060 TI amp and it's the white version now I'll I'll tell you if you ever see one of these and you can tell how it's been mined on or how it's been heavily used see the stickers in the middle the fan stickers those are white those are originally white um I'm getting call anyway if they've been mined on heavily or used and gotten hot then they turn yellow see that so these have been used anyway we're going to end it early cuz I'm getting a phone call duty calls later guys bye
