oh ladies and gentlemen welcome so we have a new update today don't worry nothing is wrong nothing is compromised old corl just got hacked you know old mate it's okay it's just a little telegram he can't talk to his buds don't worry the funds are safe all right I don't want to keep joking uh because there's a lot of people that have potentially right now not access to their funds and then hopefully they can get access to their funds but I do want to touch on a subject um I was just eating uh cereal this morning and I got to thinking about it because I was reading some of Z X's posts and their latest one which was actually like 20 hours ago or something 19 hours ago uh was and I'm going to read it verbatim absolutely verbatim we are still working hard to get our backup restored tomorrow a senior mongod DB developer will be assisting Us in the meantime there are no further updates to share down below that it says please stop with the conspiracy theories period Carl got hacked and this incident has nothing to do with the security of our Exchange I think it does though I I think it actually does have something to do with the security of your exchange because the exchange is locked right now you guys have already admitted that you you lock down the accounts if it didn't have anything to do with the security of the exchange why would our accounts be locked I don't have a lot of money in it Zex I have a few hundred bucks but I have friends uh that have thousands upon tens of thousands of dollars in there so it really does hit home whenever I go and read these posts that are supposed to be from a major company um that is been exchanging funds and been in the industry they're not it's not like they just popped up overnight they've been here for a while actually I'll go and look and see how long they've been here for a while uh but reading their posts they need somebody on the front end to handle this hire me ZX I I will be I'll be your voice now if y'all if y'all bring me in and y'all like hey hey um we really we really did get hacked and uh we don't have the funds I'm I'm going tell everybody I'm going tell everybody but if you legitimately don't have a security issue you need a PR guy holy smokes because it looks bad and every time you post it kind of looks worse honestly um so moving further down the post previous to that and I'm going to read this verbatim as well dear Zex users we would like to thank you for your patience trust and understanding we are all going through this together development team is busy to restore all services once these tasks are complete we'll be provide a detailed explanation and updates on what's Happening the most important thing funds are safe do not open any telegram group follow only official information from Z x.com and X account Zex the official Zex account um another situation where maybe they were in a rush to make this tweet but uh and I'm I'm not one I don't have perfect vocabulary but obviously I spot some problems here are is is the real Zex team even talking to us at this point Riddle Me That Batman um because there it there's some broken English in here that I did not see previous to the attacks um or to the I don't want to say attacks because they said that everything's safe it's just Carl poor Carl I guess Carl's the CEO they're like Carl's getting absolutely up underneath the the bus every single wheel hit him but I mean potentially he he did that to himself um all right let's move back forward and read another official tweet from them dear Zex users oh wait is that the same wait a second that is weird so they posted the same post and then they reposted it on their same account okay now before that on February 3rd dear users in this hard time our CEO was hacked and lost or sorry and he lost TG account and Zex community group beside that we still don't know details about it also what is important in this moment is that we succeed to lock down wallets so funds are safe problem with logins is still there due that we disconnected database oo woo I I don't even know what's wrong with that sentence but um it's it ain't flowing like butter that's for sure let's read it again problem with logins is still there doe that we disconnected database from Network and we will go in the background to examine everything Next News will be more detailed after we get wider picture so yeah I mean it's just it's just you know CEO I get I assume CEO is Carl because then they referred to you know Carl as being the only compromise before that um but then you know their if you guys are legitimately have no problem um I'd love to talk to you uh I'd love to uh help you do some some PR you know just just kind of address some people um but I know that's not probably through some of the conspiracy theories but it's just always it's always wild when a company's like don't keep talking about conspiracy theories you know makes me think that makes me think that the conspiracy theories maybe hold some water when they tell you not to talk about them you know cuz normally if conspiracy theories are out there like legitimate situations and companies and all that
