Catching up on Motherboard orders PC Shop

what is up ladies and gentlemen welcome back to the Brandon coin YouTube channel so I got up this morning CU I started packing I got back from mining disrupt I have a lot of stuff in a lot of inventory in so I started packing orders um I thought I got all my ram in and it looks like um I got uh one of my kits in these are this is 320 GB right here 10 32 gig sticks but I ordered uh right at it was 42 32 gig sticks so I just reached out to them because on eBay it says that it's been shipped but I only got one package I don't know if they split it up regardless um I can at least still process some orders so um we're diving right into it if you guys don't know I've been doing a bunch of these Zeon boards um putting 10 and 12 core CPUs in them um funny enough I've had I've had a lot of shipping issues from inside the US so to be clear I do buy my Zeon boards from outside the US uh and get them shipped in so I buy those in like you know big quantities right here I got a stack of them right here um and I got another I think 28 boards coming in but I buy my CPUs and my ram in the US and I've had the most problem shippings like with that stuff so I also have 12 uh It's oddly enough 12 12 core CPUs that got delivered I have the picture of them where it was set and it's gone um went back on the camera and I can't find it um it's really really weird um so I'm like you know I'm asking my brother or my sister like did anybody pick it up while I was gone um cuz we all share the same drop point we have everything dropped there because it's it's like relatively safe it's far off the road it's covered so it doesn't get rained on that kind of thing and um yeah just it's odd so I have Ram missing and I have CPUs missing but I think I have enough inventory now to pretty much uhoh sounds like sounds like my child in there is having a contion fit um I think I have enough inventory in there to catch up which that would be nice um that would be very nice um cuz then once I get caught up I can take the back order off the website and Fin just have everything on hand that's that's the goal is they get fully caught up and have a working inventory that as people buy it I can just ship it right away and we don't have to do this you know cat and mouse game of like uh right now it's like I I get an order in and I'm ordering you know quadruple to try to get ahead of the order um and then when stuff doesn't get shipped here it's even more of a nightmare and you know most of the time these these sellers and stuff they're like oh yeah you know no big deal we'll we'll refund it it's not about the refund it's about me trying to um keep up with Supply and I don't want to be one of those those companies that you know somebody orders something and they never get it so um I've been very like vocal and clear about like hey if you can't wait no big deal just get up with me and we will uh give you a refund so um oh I like the packaging on this look look how they package these CPUs oh that is awesome so we got a bunch more 12 core here um we are going to be doing a sale on the 10 core setups because the 12 cores sell through like absolutely sell through everybody loves them but the 10 cores do really well as well um I got a 10 core setup running personally for me and um I've had no issues out of it uh it's getting it's hitting really nice Compu jobs on salad um they don't mine as much if you put them on like XMR or anything but um they're still pretty decent for the price 10 core 20 thread um and what I've started doing instead of shipping the CPUs separate I've started pre-installing them into the socket that way there's just less risk of the customer installing it incorrectly and then me having to take back a dead motherboard cuz it's crazy that the only issues I've ever had with these uh Chinese boards people are like oh it's got bent pins and I'm like really all right send it back I mean I'm not going to argue over over somebody and and you know lose a potential customer over a motherboard uh it's just not worth it um because I have so much repeat business and I want to provide the best level of customer support that I can that's why I put my a direct like cell phone line on my website a lot of people like man you're crazy it's not my personal cell phone but it is a shop cell phone um that I try to answer as fast as I can so um if I don't answer the actual call then I'll answer the um text message later on or text the call back if I'm in the middle of something and I just feel like customer service is like is it's lost it's lost on a lot of people nowadays especially after Co here in the US um customer service kind of went out the window so let me put the CPU in show you what we're working with here um let's see here is this it there we go I've done a couple of these by now yeah okay there we go I always try to be super careful putting these bad boys in these Zeon chips have a boatload of pins on the motherboard side lock it down lock it down and this sorry y'all were looking at the top of my head look at that so this is the right now we've been using for the 12 cores the Zeon E5 2650 V4 um it's one of the newest Generations that will fit in this board so a little bit better on power 12 core 24 thread cuz I was previously using the 2670 v3s it's a 12 core 24 thread basically almost identical performance but it burns a little bit extra wattage so on these saving wattage it's a win-win um now somebody asked me I've actually had a couple people ask me let me grab it and show you um so this is a full combo so it comes with a cooler got the adapter bracket cuz this is is an x99 mounting platform and it does not work with like 99% of the cheap little um cooler adapters and stuff but uh I found this one this one company overseas and they sell an adapter bracket and the actual Hardware screws to put it on so what you do is you take the motherboard and if you look the socket already has these threaded uh bolt holes right here or screw holes and then you see the prongs so I always have my prongs go up and down so you go and put that this way that way the cooler it's like a am4 style cooler Clips like this right um if you have it this way and it Clips like this it will block the inside Ram slots so yeah just you know little fun fact there put your Clips vertical on the board um so once you put that in there and you take these little screws I actually really like this this uh this mounting uh like setup um some people are like oh it doesn't provide enough mounting pressure or um oh it's not enough you know cooling area uh I've had no cooling issues and no mounting pressure issues use um with this setup because on this socket style you get all your mounting pressure from the socket retention um you don't need any additional mounting pressure from the actual cooler um let's see here yeah so it'll look something like this you got your screws in there and then when you go to put your cooler on it you know you clip in this side you pull the cooler over and you got the little thing and you pop it down it is you know if it's your first time putting one of those coolers on you'll be like man this kind of thing is kind of tough but um don't worry you you can you can kind of Bear Down on it and get it clipped um and it it holds it in place fairly well so no issues on that one so if you were wondering how to do it that's how you do it now this customer didn't order a full 32 gig kit he ordered a 16 gig kit um this was back when I was doing 2×8 so it was 2 8 GB sticks um let me find let me find a ram setup for that have a a box of smaller gigabyte stick Rams right here all the gigs all the gigs and all the bites all [Music] righty what does this stick of course they [Music] Vengeance that's G skill G skill all right [Music] so there we go on that one I am going to be discontinuing ordering uh 16 and 8 GB uh kits because I'm no longer buying um8 or 16 gig sticks uh it's just they are becoming Antiquated if you know what I mean Antiquity so we'll get that bad way back in there like that like so we're going to plop it down in the Box make sure that Rams in there real good and it clears the uh the cardboard support these do come with a little Sata cable and an iio bracket if you want to actually put it inside of a full-fledged desktop so that is nice um another fun fact on these boards your first two slots that you populate are the outside slots so the far left and then the far right a little bit different from like a typical desktop setup huh that's weird um so yeah we got CPU motherboard Ram uh bracket cooler and then uh I have been just plopping them into poly bags this seems like the best way to ship them cuz I was reboxing them all and it was getting a little cumbersome so we put them into a poly bag and we taped the fire out of them [Applause] and by the way guys I apologize if you watch me for like you know crypto and Technical or you know that kind of content uh and you're you know watching me box up stuff right now I I do apologize but I like to show some of the behind the scenes what's going on keep people updated that kind of thing because um you just I feel like transparency is a a really good really good thing to have um as like a you know a newer business owner in the retail space but a a I would say seasoned business owner in the service industry if you're in the service industry and you don't have transparency you're not going to have work for very long it's just kind of comes with the territory um so that you know me growing up in the service industry being in construction if if I'm not answering phone calls and I'm not getting the job done in you know a reasonable amount of time or at least having communication up for people and letting them know what's going on you lose work it baffles me how many how many companies get away with just selling a product and then like ghosting people never knowing what's going on all right I don't particularly like this tape I thought it was clear but it came in and it is in fact Brown it is not clear so [Applause] there's a wasp next to me I also apologize this video lot of like 30 series up top these are all 20 series and then I have more 30 series in here not to mention what's actually at the shop trying to get like this is my Overstock of inventory I need to get my Overstock taken care of that way I can get everything back in the shop so we got 370s um that's another 3070 more 307s right here A bunch of CPU coolers that did not hold up to the snuff so we'll be we're going to be selling those off cheap because they are um on the website they said said that they were 120 WT TDP or 65 watt uh of of heat dissipation so um I bought those and they're not actually going to work for anything other than like some little tiny CPUs so I'll throw those on the website for like super cheap and then we got tons of 5700s some more little graphics cards down there um some 3080s over there um some of those just sold within the last few days so I got to get those boxed up as well um yeah it's it's been a good time I don't know people are asking me am I going to sell some more of than my 309s cuz I I think I have five more 309s and I'm interested in entertaining that idea uh because I do want to get a 4090 oh sorry about that my my airsoft gun was in the background um I'm not trying to show you guys that to like you know make you think I'm cool and go play paintball all the time um I just keep it hanging up in here it's one that I built personally and um I feel I feel proud of it you know what I mean you put something together and it works goes boom I'm you happy with it what the heck is that sound like
