Moving Asic miners from my office

what is up ladies and gentlemen welcome back to the Brandon coin YouTube channel and I'm starting to clean out the office so if you guys didn't know um I talk to my landlord and I don't have the option of keeping my rent the same it is going up significantly and it just doesn't make sense for the space that I have to keep it um it's going up like 30 something per. um I you know I talked and I was like hey if it can stay the same I'll re you know renew up for another year haven't ever been a bad tenant you know just I tried it didn't work but regardless we have a few more months before our lease runs out um and it's starting to get cool so I'm breaking down all of the small miners over here um so going ahead and and getting all those out of here going to be taking them to the house my mini does my Doge 3 plus um I still have the uh Avalon Nano that only hashes at like 50 gigahash um I sent um some messages to some people in in Canan that I'm familiar with um so just to try to see if we can't get that issue resolved cuz I wasn't the original purchaser but it still should be covered under warranty from what I've been told uh but yeah so I'm basically I guess every time I come to the office now I just need to bring home like a box of stuff so that way eventually this place is cleaned out I have you know a few months to do it but um yeah it's kind of like it's kind of like sad you know cuz it's when I went in when I moved in here I did not plan on moving out in a year but you never know what's going to happen um nobody ever could have expected the rates to go up like they did and some people are like oh it's supposed to be in your lease it's supposed to be this it's supposed to be that um the Le says they have the option to and there's no cap so I really don't have any ground to stand on in that situation but oh well it is what it is life goes on um I have a couple more places that I'm waiting for them to get back to me so we might have an even better location to go to and um yeah looking looking forward to it at the very least uh looking forward to it so anyway I'm going to get this loaded up and then um I guess the next video probably be me cutting to me plugging it in at the house now um for the time being being that I only have a couple things that I'm going to run I'm probably just going to let them burn but uh eventually I do want to move my little mini does and stuff around the house to help with heat cuz it's winter time I'd love to offset some of my heating costs with uh some you know miners uh obviously the Wi-Fi models make it get really easy because you can put them anywhere just give them power they connect Wi-Fi and um wham bam thank you ma'am that's kind of what I'm shooting for um is going with like you know Wi-Fi models uh and then maybe putting like one in each of the corners of the room or up on a shelf or just something to spread the heat load out haven't haven't 100% figured out exactly how I'm going to do it but we're going to do it one way or another all right well let's get loaded up all right guys so I'm rearranging some things don't mind this that's not plugged in uh but I'm going to be putting my little as6 and stuff out here in the garage until it gets like cold enough inside to actually move them inside cuz right now sorry just plugged it in it's stilling the the ramp up on the fans but right now it's still um like pretty warm during the day so this would just be working my AC harder but in the meantime I still want to let some of these little ones run and in addition to I'm making an area for all my solo miners so we have the Mars Lander here and we have the bit a Supra which I have some more solo miners coming and I'm just literally going to like have a collection I don't know maybe I'll Mount them on the wall or something um and then uh who knows maybe before I pass away I'll hit a block or maybe not regardless but um I do have this this power supply plugged in right here uh just so we can see what kind of wattage it is pulling so we're doing 234 Watts right now which I do have this bad boy cranked all the way up and these are rated at like 200 some Watts little like low side um let's actually look up the profitability of a doge one it's not good I don't actually think they're profitable um and then I I am also going to be plugging in this is 1.1 of the metal Miner um he just sent me a new one I have I think it's 1.4 so I'm going to I unplugged this one I'm going to get 1.4 plugged in and then send him this back so that way he can uh I don't know do whatever he needs to with it but yeah let's go check out profitability all right so the mini doge is not doing great it makes 28 cents a day it burns 56 cents a day so it profits it actually loses 28 cents a day but uh being that it's burning 230 Watts it does put off a small amount of heat so I will probably place this one somewhere probably behind my couch in the living room that because these are it's not a Wi-Fi unit but my router is right behind the couch so I can just plug it in right there it'll let off a little bit of heat in the living room bada bing bada boom now I do have some other bigger miners I do have the the Doge 3 plus and if we go back over here let's see here the the dge 3+ it is actually still making a131 a day but it burns a $120 so it's only profiting 11 cents a day luckily this one is a Wi-Fi unit you can plug it in in uh just regular power it doesn't need an external power supply it's integrated so I'm going to be placing this one uh probably in um my bedroom over in the corner cuz it's pretty quiet it does kick off a good amount of heat 500 watts and um make a little bit of money for right now I'm not plugging this unit in cuz burning 500 watts to make you know 11 cents a day at the moment just ain't what I'm feeling and I don't want that extra heat in my uh in my bedroom right this second but hopefully it'll get cold here soon and we can get this one up and running
