Buying Broken Computer Parts

what is up ladies and gentlemen welcome back to the Brandon coin YouTube channel and if you're new here I am in BC's PCS this is my computer shop just a small little thing I've been doing here for a couple months now um and I buy up bulk computer parts break them down and sell them off individually and some of them end up in builds some of them end up for people buying parts that kind of thing and today we have a box of used computer parts so um I don't remember what this one is I've been buying up a bunch of stuff lately and it is going over onto the store so shout out if you need some good deals on Parts I try to always be about 5 to 10% under Buy It Now lowest lowest price on eBay just so that way I can move inventory um and you know that may change in the future if I'm trying to slow down a little bit but for right now um it's a good ride but yeah so we got some stuff coming in here what do we have uh looks like we have some Ram let me get this cut open and by the way if uh throw you an offer on on your old Parts pretty much anything DDR3 and above try not to go back past DDR3 just because the price just becomes so there's just not much demand there all right so we have we have some sodm here it looks like these [Music] are 8 gig 16 gig a 4 gig 4 gig and they um ddr4 ddr4 DDR3 so so dims these do not sell well at all I don't know why so may maybe do a maybe do a a laptop so dim Ram sale here one of these days uh got a 5600 and it's got the sticker so that way you can stick it onto things it's got to be worth extra right there you know um what do we got right here got some some regular Ram here ooh okay so we have a a stick of a 4 GB stick of 2666 ballistics looks cool but nothing special there um a 4 GB stick of Corsair Vengeance which I have tons of these 2400 MHz I literally am going to put that in the rack because I have like probably six or seven of these identical sticks uh and then a stick of Patriot this is DDR3 8 gig of 1600 MHz Viper oh snake Ram as I used to call it so yep got a couple things there so I believe this one is actually a CPU motherboard combo that I had sold to this individual in the past and he said it was not working correctly so I need to play around with this and see if if I can't get it to post cuz he said he is he did not have any luck with it which is unfortunate because yeah I think that's this is that one yeah okay so we'll just set that one aside cuz I'm probably not going to be able to sell it because it don't work now what's coming up next we have a motherboard of some kind wrapped very well always appreciate the bubble wrap oh looks like a big boy board uh and it is a gigabyte Aurorus x570 Elite WiFi fancy it's got like the little chipset cooler fan always like the idea of that but then having like a proprietary fan on the motherboard not always practical but um so we'll test that out make sure that's good to go slap that on inventory once uh once we verify that always like the motherboards that have the io panel integrated into them I don't know why and I don't know why more people don't do that there's they can't be that much cost involved right I wouldn't think so set that over there got some more goodies down here another motherboard iio panel looks like another AMD motherboard is this is a uh it is a that's a [Music] Lenovo um not sure not sure what model motherboard it is but looks am4 socket and it says Lenovo on it so we'll test that out and that'll probably end up being a very reasonably priced motherboard because this is about as simple as it gets very little IO um it doesn't look like it's got proprietary plugs on it it's got a regular EPs and a 24 pin so that's nice because you know most manufacturers love having proprietary plugs HP let's set that right there another motherboard MSI b550 yep she's in there lots of AMD motherboards this is good because I'm I am very very low on motherboards at the moment so b550 and o old old girl right here old MSI z97 PC mate this is z97 what is that it's not is that fourth gen third gen got a CPU in here look at that she looks good it has [Music] a [Music] g1840 z97 is old it's an old chipset but still still really like these boxes you know they kind of went away from like having all these these crazy boxes now it's just like military blah blah blah blah um but but it looks like other than that there is a CPU Cooler in here some kind of um some kind of air cooler with no fan on it just a passively cooled oh no there is a fan there's a fan in the middle sorry about that and I have no idea what socket it is U some kind of Intel socket maybe maybe it's for the z97 board nope it doesn't look like it's for that one cuz it's got like a screws on it and stuff but not super concerned about that we'll uh definitely need to get tested testing on these AMD boards and see if all those are good if they're not good go through that and throw them up in inventory so anyway ladies and gentlemen I hope you had a good night I am going to put all that packing material in there try to reuse that for later because we can always use more bubble wrap sorry about that but thanks for coming out if you see something going to leave it all on top of my desk cuz I need to actually add it in inventory that's going to be my new process from now on is um only putting it on the shelves or in the in the cases once I actually add it to inventory so that's like you know those motherboards are in inventory like those graphics cards are in inventory but like this stuff not in inventory those on the ground not an inventory got some stuff over here I don't want don't want to spoil all the secrets got a couple things back here um those are not in inventory yet OB b450 you know how it is but yeah with that being
