[Music] [Music] he [Music] oh hey guys RPM here hope you're doing well having a really great day I wanted to give you guys an update of my crypto mining basement here and mainly the GPU mining wall that I have been working on over the past I'd say a couple months now and for those that have been along with me throughout my crypto mining Journey over the past what three or four years I have had many iterations of this crypto mining basement I've had just crazy amounts of like tables and shelves and had open air rigs all over the place and like two shelves and many different ways but yeah I have done many different variations of just you know with as6 as well not only gpus but I had as6 all over the place in this basement but now I am prominantly gpus this I server k3m is going to go to my other location because as you all know I'm keeping track of the profits of this thing and this thing takes about what 3,400 Watts right now so I think I need to alleviate some pdu power which I will talk about in a second so I just want to go through in this video with you all regarding just I guess how I have this all set up right now how many PDS I have how I have my networking all laid out it's not all Glitz and glamour okay it's not perfect all right I do have some rigs that are having some issues I'll talk about that as we go along and also I guess my future plans that I may want to expend a little bit more here okay regarding having another shelf and two more 240 volt 30 amp circuits two more because as you all know I have gotten rid of the barn I'm no longer mining up there because there's kind of like there's some water leaks up there and uh it's just it's been getting it's been getting really full up there so I'm no longer going to be mining up there I'm going to be moving everything towards here so yeah just wanted to talk with you all regarding all that stuff and hey Bitcoin is over 50k as of recording this video that is pretty insane don't know if you guys have been following the markets right now but man it is it's looking pretty nice it's looking pretty nice okay I'll talk about all this stuff guys right after award from today's video sponsor and I this is a Founders Edition 1070 all right so two different winners you just got to comment down below of if you're in USA or Canada as well as what are your thoughts of the current state of the market right now uh with Bitcoin hitting up $50,000 do you guys think we're going to stay there or go up let me know down below okay so get those comments in in this video I will choose the winner or two winners after 24 hours after this video is uploaded all right guys so good luck 1070 and two RX 584 GB cards for two lucky winners good luck guys good luck so my GP mining wall is essentially complete right I have never had a setup like this before I mean I have but I had as6 and stuff uh I talked about that before and I think I also had uh during the summertime I had like a foam piece to basically enclose all the Heat and then go out the exhaust fan and yeah actually I want to talk about that because I think when summertime comes I don't know if this is going to be sufficient enough to basically extract all the heat that's coming out of these gpus we're going to talk about that we're going to talk about that but first okay so I have roughly 100 I think it's 160 gpus online at the moment some of them are not all fully filled up like X12 I have 6 309s and one like I got A200 000 I got 307s uh rx580 rig right there I have a 5700 rig right there which is actually off because I'm having major issues with it no matter what overclocks I do this thing just crashes so I think I need to like repad and repaste all the 5700s and go from there and see if that solves it but that'll be for another video so that's one of the issues I'm having with one rig right now the rest of the rigs have been pretty solid uh my Rx 580 rig right here the 12x RX 580 rig is okay it is mining a lithium right now but it's not as stable it's hit and miss but it's it's okay all the rest of my Nvidia gpus like Nvidia rigs are completely fine so yeah I've got 82000 370s 3080s 390s a mix of 20 series cards and uh 2070 rig 1660 supers and TI rigs yeah I got I got it all basically I got most of the different gpus on this rack here so right now if you guys want to know what I'm mining I can show you all right right now okay I I said I had 160 rigs online it's actually 167 but I think one of the rigs is actually at my other uh other place right now that this toilet rig with bad fans these are 3070 TI these are in my living room and uh so this is different from all the other rigs that are here right now so all of the these octom Miner 01 all the way to 20 is is here in this basement right right where you guys just saw okay so right now I do have that one that's offline which is the 5700 uh XT rig which needs to be repadded repasted so we'll do that another time but otherwise everything else is generally okay but you guys are probably seeing that I'm mining like some neoa a lithium on my radon 7s and a lot of purin okay so right now generally I'm mining piin not for the coin and I'm actually mining it for another coin through unminable all right I'm actually mining cardano at the moment just to have a little bag of it I'm almost done getting my like $1,000 bag and once I'm done that I'm going to keep continuing to mine pin or a lithium to unminable and then I'm going to mine another coin I like a top 100 coin because I just want to get some bags of just just some lower risk right I have a a lot of like higher market cap coins sorry lower market cap coins that are in like top 500,000 3,000 market cap right but I don't have much of these coins that are like in the top 50 I don't have any cardano right all I'm building a bag now I don't have like chain link I don't have any Avalanche I don't have any polka dot I don't have polygon I don't have any of these types of you know top 100 coins okay so that's why I'm just using unminable and not worrying about taxable events and all that kind of stuff and figuring out cost basis and exporting from exchanges for tax Reasons I'm just using unminable even though I know it's probably going to take a little bit more versus trading but I'm okay with that right I'm okay with that because I'm saving time not worrying about trading into any of these coins and so actually the biggest reason why I'm like mining some of these these higher market cap coins and I know that they may not have that exponential versus like coins that have you know 5x 10x 20x 100x potential like higher you know th000 1,000 2,000 market cap coins is that I recently got a tangum wallet uh I don't have it here with me but um you know I realized that tangum has support for a lot of different coins and I'm like you know what I want to get a bag of some of these top 100 coins and I thought you know what I think this is going to be something pretty cool that I can have accumulating and holding especially now that we are on of the bull run it seems if bitcoin's hitting up $50,000 but I mean yeah we'll see how it goes but not Financial advice of course okay so guys you guys saw my hiveos here that's pretty much what I'm doing at the moment I know some people may be asking red panda why aren't you mining like Game Pass or you know whatever the most profitable coin is right now and I wish I could as you all know the profitable coins that you're probably seeing at the top of the charts are like you know kapow coins the coins that are very core and memory hard algorithms okay thus what that means is that the gpus are going to use more power and also output more heat so majority of my Nvidia cards on our are on pin right which is a core dependent coin which is utilizing a lot less wattage okay and also outputting a lot less heat all right so it's really good in my area right now currently especially we're kind of getting off winter here but it's still reasonably cold outside so I mean mining in my area right now it's about 93 Fahrenheit so if I wanted to do something like kapal throughout all my gpus here I probably would not be able to handle the heat output and be able to cool my area here if I were to switch everything to Capal it would just be impossible another thing is I wouldn't have enough power capacity to move everything to a kapow algorithm cuz currently all right this pdu is using 23 amps okay I got another PD here that is 22 amps got another PD here at 15 amps so this is not maxed out but my last PD here I got 9 amps and 14 okay this 14 side is the ks 3M which is actually going to go with me uh to my other mining location so uh that should alleviate some power but yeah like I said if I'm mining pin on most of these like a typical 3070 you know it holds about 70 Watts 75 Watts for mining pin right low core dependent out algorithm but if I were to change that 3070 a single 3070 to kapow and if I wanted to do it efficiently it would then be at 150 watts at like 30 mahash or something around there so I would probably be pulling almost double the power just by changing my 370s over and all my other Nvidia gpus over to kapow and I wouldn't have enough power capacity but this is where it comes into if I'm going to be adding two more all right so this is where I'm going to talk about potential expanding here pretty soon uh not expanding but you guys know in the barn I'm no longer mining in the barn I don't have an octom Miner wall over there it's all here now right the wall is essentially complete here and so I had two 30 amp 240 volt circuits in the barn and uh this is it's in the same uh property as this one and so I can then run two more 30m 240 volts here and then I was thinking of getting another shelf just put it right here or actually I have one already but it's uh it's much taller than than this one so it wouldn't be the same and my OCD would be kicking in but anyways we we'll figure that out later I would then put another shelf here and then I would run two more circuits there and then uh I'll have the pdus go along the new shelf over here somehow okay so then I would have a bit more I guess power capacity in a way and then I'll be able to turn on more gpus that I have offline sitting over here and uh yeah I got like 5700 XT Sapphire Nitros I really want to turn these on I got 307s 4 370s here bunch more 5700s 580s and I actually thought of a fun build of doing a GTX 1060 rig you guys remember these cards these are my first EVGA 1063 GB cards I thought I'd go ahead and maybe build like some sort of spec mining rig with these gpus like these are like I don't know 7 or 6 years old now I I'm not quite I don't remember but they're really old I got nine here in total one is actually different from all the other ones like this one doesn't have the copper uh the copper heat sink here copper pipe so don't know why that's different but anyways I'd put eight into a server case probably okay I do have an extra Polo Miner here so I'm thinking about doing that in another video so yeah in the future thinking about expanding and I mean some of you guys know uh that I also bought more RTX 307s and I'll have a video about that tomorrow okay you guys will see that tomorrow I'm explaining what I'm trading for those 307s so I'm probably not going to mine with them here I'm going to be mining them at my other location and I'll explain that all tomorrow okay guys so all right so yeah that's uh that's pretty much it I think uh that's all I want to explain here yeah my GP mining wallet it's just going right now just fine but uh as summer's coming or spring is coming I guess it's going to be uh it's it's going to be interesting so I hope that I will then uh need to figure out some sort of better cooling method or get my my uh I had a foam piece here that was able to direct the heat more so out the window right out the exhaust F so we'll see how that goes uh when that time comes as you all know I mean if you've been with me over the past couple years every time the summer time comes if it's over 105 or 110 fah I have to turn off everything because it's just it's just unbearable it's just too too hot and uh definitely you can't mind any kapow here uh but yeah has to be some sort of low uh low core dependent coin that doesn't take as much power but uh I truly do like kapow as a Asic resistant coin I know nioa all right spinning off a little bit here neoa did talk about uh changing algorithm changing away from kapow I don't like that idea but you guys let me know down below I I I think kapow is a great algo as as long as you are able to cool it down I mean in my case here I'm at a pretty General mediumsized scale so for me to go to move to kapow here I mean yeah like I said my power is limited I have too much Hardware here to really switch over to cap I would take double the capacity uh which I don't have right and also the heat output is going to be a lot worse so yeah a lot of things to consider if I only had like a couple of rigs like three or five five mining rigs mining kapow yeah well then yeah I would be fine my environment I'd be able to mine kapow here no problem but because I have over 160 gpus here mining kapow would not be feasible at this location here with all this type of Hardware here at my scale all right so let me know what you guys think about that but anyways guys I'm happy with how I have everything I mean it's not it's not perfect my networking uh cabling Is Not Great uh my power cabling I'm also not happy about as well but uh it's it's good enough for now I was going to buy some new power cables and such like shorter ones uh to make it more uniform but I'm fine I am fine with how everything is I know it's all spaghetti mess right now uh with all the pdus but I think this looks pretty cool otherwise all right you guys let me know your thoughts thank you guys for watching see you in tomorrow's video regarding the 307s all right you guys have a good one peace out peace out
