Should I shut down Store and go Online Only?

what is up ladies and gentlemen welcome back to the Brandon coin YouTube channel taking my dog out for a walk and he's not doing anything of course but um I've been tossing and turning it's like I don't know a little after 1:00 in the morning and I've I I just I can't figure out what to do and if it's a good idea or a bad idea so I figured I'd make a video i' put it on YouTube because YouTube always knows knows best you know so please fire your your suggestions and comments down below uh but what I'm referencing is if you guys didn't know and you probably do um I run a small computer shop in ndale North Carolina it is a brick and mortar it's got a walk-in location it's not big but you know it's it's it's working um it's it's making you know it's it's been good so I am coming up on my my first year um in that location and talking to other people in that location they said whenever they went in to uh extend their lease and sign another lease agreement all the leases went up um even if mine doesn't go up which it probably will um I'm I really didn't want to stay in that area cuz it's about 30 minutes from my house I wanted to get closer over here I've been looking there's nothing available people say that there's stuff coming available after after the beginning of the year uh but it looks like I either need to extend my lease in a location that's going to be potentially more expensive and farther you know far from my house where it is now um or uh you know I was talking to my wife and she's like well why don't you just go fully online until you can find another location but I am worried that you know I will lose some sales because there are people that call me and want to come in and want to check out the items before they actually buy them now is that common no it's actually very uncommon I did a report on my my Shopify cuz it can show you know what transactions go through the the POS system in store or what's online and then what's pickup and 98% it's like 98 something per of my business is straight directly online by the way sorry you're just getting to view my dog not good to the bathroom like he should be doing but um so yeah n it's a little over 98% is just online sales so that leads me to believe that yeah if I if I went just true fully online I wouldn't be a problem but I do want to grow my local presence and grow my walk-in and um and you know grow my my my local sales and my walk-in sales and that's never going to happen if I don't have a local or walk-in location um so I guess my question is do I extend my lease for another year and try to find another place and you know waste rent money essentially or do I hold on come back over here come on come on let's go inside get out of the trash so do I extend my lease he just walked in the garage or do I go fully online don't renew my lease save that rent money up until I find a better location that's actually close by and um and go that route and I I just I worry that you know I I may lose sales but I guess it's not that that much in sales I don't know um I have considered I I started stacking some of the stuff up over here this is construction stuff I'm really not using anymore but I'm selling off a bunch of stuff too because I'm basically not doing any more construction work so my a guy's coming to get my dump truck which is up there on the hill well he's coming to said look at it it's his second time first time he came uh he didn't have any money so you know I was like okay here it is he drove it and and he was like okay let me come back and I'll I'll bring money and I'm like sure that's probably a good thing if you want to buy it but anyway he's coming back and he's supposed to be buying it to tomorrow evening so selling the dump truck I'm going to keep my excavator keep the trailer keep my diesel truck but I have another machine up there skid steer I'm going to sell that and I'm thinking about rolling that money into maybe a down payment on a place um I've I know where there's some land and maybe potentially uh getting a getting some land and plopping something on it but then I'm dealing with like zoning and Commercial and like a whole another basket and egg you know basket of worms and cracking a whole egg or whatever you're talking about I don't know I'm getting way off base so I don't know I need to go to bed but I'm just wondering what I should do what do you guys think we just go remote or not go remote but go full-time online I did start organizing the garage where I built that rack over there and then I'm going to build me in like another table and stuff and I could just go ahead and build it out to hold all my inventory bring everything over here I I might just be overthinking it but yeah I'd love to hear your comments drop them down below in the uh the comment section and I will be replying back and I would like to you know hear your guys's thoughts so with that being said um yeah don't think that I'm like shutting down or anything like that if anything I have like four or five more shipments coming in I'm just trying to figure out what to do for next year my lease does run out in I believe it's December or might actually be January technically that is next year but I know it's coming up close it's it's it'll be here before we know it oh goodness all right well my dogs in here what are you doing oh yeah we just we bought my my son a loft bed fun fact so these are the stairs and like it comes off the side of it and stuff um it didn't take him but like I don't know 3 weeks to start like jumping off of it and freaking us out we're like you're going to break your leg and snap your neck so yeah I took that out and we're now selling it or giving it away or something on Craigs List cuz uh I was like you're not you're not going to be breaking your leg getting out of bed all right buddy let's go come on let's go to bed all right guys sorry to keep yall up but hopefully you got some some kind of
